Capital, Inc. is a Georgia corporation founded by Patrick Meade and Henry J.
Bird to provide creative business financing to the commercial clients
that their newly formed commercial bank was unable to service. Initially the
company offered factoring or accounts receivable financing to a select number of
established clients, then grew to offer these services to all companies
experiencing cash flow problems. Within a few months, a lot of other previously
known clients started requesting the company to provide consulting and general
loan placement services. Successfully serving these clients, BMY Capital, Inc.
has placed many millions of dollars in bank loans and lines of credit,
nationally as well as locally ranging from commercial properties, residential
development, equipment and inventory. Our technology efforts to impress bankers,
private investors and other lenders with computer generated presentations allows
the business owner to concentrate their efforts on producing profits and let us
do the legwork in meeting the financial needs of the business.
BMY Capital, Inc. received its commercial mortgage brokerage certification in 2006 and has been helping businesses with long term commercial mortgages for manufacturing facilities, retail facilities, apartment and multi-family housing rental properties, and commercial rental facilities.
In 2007, BMY Capital, Inc. began offering capital acquisition services when several clients began asking for consulting help in finding equity partners or investors in stock offerings. Whatever the commercial need, BMY Capital, Inc. will give your company the attention in needs to achieve its financial goals.
In 2009, BMY Capital, Inc began offering Credit Card Processing and equipment to it clients.
